The sample measurement site: Lushan Botanical Garden (LSBG), Jiujiang, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Measurement samples: A total of 134 effective spectral curves were obtained, including 86 species of emergent/wet aquatic vegetation from 25 families and 48 genera, 19 species from 8 families and 11 genera of floating-leaves aquatic vegetation, 18 species from 7 families and 10 genera of submerged aquatic vegetation, withered leaves samples of 7 aquatic vegetation and flower samples of 5 aquatic vegetation. Measurement time: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Beijing time, July 28, 2021 to August 6, 2021, under standard atmospheric pressure. The weather is sunny with few clouds and no wind. Measuring instrument: Spectra Vista Corporation spectrometer (SVC HR-1024i) Spectral resolution: 345 nm - 2500 nm, a total of 995 bands. Measurement method: Measurements are taken with the optical fibre probe with a 25 degree field of view and kept vertically down to a height of approximately 40 cm. Radiation calibration was carried out through the white reference panel before feature measurement. 10 observations spectral were collected for each vegetation sample, and the average value was used as the final spectral data. All plants were transplanted by LSBG and measured under normal growth conditions, when the leaves were from green to yellow and about to fall, they were withered leaves. Moreover, the "1st order derivative" data and "continuum removal" data are both obtained by calculation from the "Original" data.
