Uniquefield is composed of measurement date (YYYYMMDD), plot number, within-plot rep number, and 'leaf' or 'canopy'. 'Leaf' or 'canopy' denotes whether spectral data were collected at the leaf or the canopy scale; leaf-level trait data are obtained from samples harvested at the same time and location as either leaf, canopy or UAS spectral data were collected and may be paired with spectral data accordingly. (UAS data are not included here.) There are more spectral data than leaf samples. Data for 2019-07-26_02_1_leaf and 2019-07-26_02_3_leaf may be used as independent spectra and trait data but may not be correlated due to a discrepancy in sample labeling.
